How it works

1. Book an initial assessment session with our Exercise Physiologist

 

2. Attend the initial session (wearing gym gear) where you will undergo a thorough assessment (don’t worry it’ll be tailored to your fitness level)

 

3. Together with your trainer, you will develop a personal set of goals for the short and long term & arrange your future sessions

 

4. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise program for you that will help you work towards your goals

 

5. You will then commence regular personal training sessions

 

6. Generally, each month you will undergo a reassessment to track your progress and refine your goals accordingly
